This gallery presents interactive systems developed by Mimetry that expand the possibilities of traditional 360 product rotation and allow features to be showcased that would not be visible in a conventional 2D image.

In certain projects, rotation goes far beyond displaying the object from multiple angles. It can incorporate dynamic finish changes, lighting variations, or functional transformations that enrich the user experience without the need for video production.

For example, in products available in multiple finishes — polished chrome, matte black, brushed gold or special coatings — users can switch between variants while the product continues rotating. This enables all available options to be explored within a single interactive environment, reducing production costs and simplifying navigation.

In other cases, we focus on how light interacts with specialized surfaces. Metallic inks, UV coatings, satin finishes or textured materials reveal their true behavior when the object rotates and reflections shift dynamically.

We also develop systems that integrate functional movement, such as furniture door openings, mechanical activations or exploded technical views. In these cases, the image sequence is carefully planned as a controlled visual narrative rather than a simple circular rotation.
