3D Virtual Tours Gallery
The following 3D virtual tours showcase different applications of immersive virtual tour technology.
Two of them are real client projects.
The other two are interactive showrooms specifically created to demonstrate the technical and commercial potential of 3D virtual tours.
Across these examples, you can explore:
- Smooth navigation between 360° camera points
- Informational hotspots and interactive elements
- Configurable materials and finish systems
- Advanced lighting simulation
- Integration of animation and dynamic features within the tour
Each project responds to a different strategic objective.
Some are focused on architectural presentation and spatial visualization.
Others function as commercial tools or immersive product catalogs.
The purpose of this gallery is not only to demonstrate visual quality, but also to highlight the technical depth and advanced capabilities that can be integrated into a professional 3D virtual tour.
The Residence by Saloni

This 3D virtual tour was developed for a leading Spanish ceramic tile manufacturer seeking to create a digital showroom to present its new flooring and wall collections.
We designed and built a fictional luxury penthouse located in Manhattan, New York. The space was conceived with a high level of architectural detail, including fully decorated and illuminated rooms with panoramic skyline views.
The virtual showroom includes a real-time configurator that allows users to change tile combinations, colors, finishes and textures. Each variation transforms the atmosphere of the space, enabling realistic visualization of different design proposals.
360° camera placement, lighting design and interior composition were carefully engineered to accurately showcase:
- Surface relief and texture
- Matte and glossy finishes
- Light interaction and material behavior
Many decorative elements were custom-designed to align with the client’s interior design guidelines. The penthouse layout was strategically adapted to maximize product visibility while maintaining the exclusivity of the location.
High-resolution renders allow detailed zoom, revealing material quality and construction precision.
The Cliff House by Ibero Casainfinita

For this project, a Spanish tile manufacturer commissioned the development of a luxury Mediterranean villa designed to showcase a new collection of interior and exterior ceramic surfaces.
We designed and built a fictional residence incorporating all required product applications:
- Indoor residential spaces
- Outdoor environments
- Anti-slip surfaces
- Pool interiors
- Wall and floor coverings
Each area was carefully planned, decorated and illuminated to highlight the technical properties of each tile — from surface relief to color consistency across collections.
At Mimetry, every configuration change triggers a complete re-render of the scene. We do not rely on masks or partial patches, since any modification affects lighting, color balance and overall atmosphere. This production approach ensures visual coherence and realism.
The virtual tour integrates multiple hotspots, interactive floor plans and direct navigation to specific rooms or product collections. The original project also included an advanced management panel allowing user registration, quote requests and direct communication features.
Lights Showroom

Lights Showroom is a 3D virtual tour created by Mimetry to demonstrate the potential of interactive showroom environments for lighting manufacturers, architects and interior designers.
In an era where smart lighting and home automation systems are increasingly common, this virtual environment allows users to evaluate how different lighting configurations affect a space.
The project can be geolocated anywhere in the world, with accurate sun positioning and realistic exterior lighting conditions.
Users can switch between daytime, sunset and night modes, as well as activate different lighting presets for work, meetings, relaxation or ambient settings.
This virtual tour functions as both a technical simulation tool and a commercial presentation platform.
Smart Toilet Showroom

Smart Toilet Showroom was the first interactive 3D virtual tour developed by Mimetry to demonstrate the capabilities of advanced rendered environments.
We designed and built a fictional Mediterranean house featuring interior spaces and an exterior patio.
The tour integrates numerous interactive elements, including:
- Day and night mode switching
- Animated ceiling fan
- Running water simulation
- Tile color and finish changes
- Washbasin and tap configuration
- Interactive Smart Toilet operation with water animation
All renders were produced at very high resolution to ensure detailed material visualization. Lighting was carefully balanced to maintain realism and consistency throughout both interior and exterior areas.
This showroom combines virtual tour navigation, configuration systems, animation and interactivity into a single immersive digital experience.
